About Linney's Bridge

Linney's Bridge is owned my Cheshire East Borough Council and managed by the  Bollin Valley Partnership. The site is a small car park and picnic area. From here a short walk along the River Dean can be accessed. The path follows the River Dean until it joins the River Bollin after about 3/4 of a mile at Twinnies Bridge. The name 'Twinnies' comes from a word meaning 'the meeting of two rivers'.
